I have spent the last 20 years of my life with chronic low back pain. As I
aged, the pain worsened and at times I was totally handicapped. I finally
decided that I was not going to continue to live this way and enrolled with
Personal Trainers of Los Altos. Within a matter of 2 weeks doing the correct
exercises and stretching techniques I was noticing a significant difference in
how I felt. I have been working with them for a few months now and I no
longer have any back pain. I am still very mindful of the work I need to do
on a daily basis, but I am so grateful to these marvelous trainers for the help
they have given me. My life is so much more enjoyable now.

professionalism and sincere interest in helping me was evident always. They

I've been coming here for over 5 years now and find the exercise program
here with its attention to technique combined with the science of muscle
control very beneficial to achieving results. I started out with the aim of
correcting my lower back problems but have since learned to improve my posture
and develop greater balance in overall strength as a means to achieving that.
Everyone that I've worked with here has been friendly, knowledgeable and good
to work with.

As a former professional football player, power lifter and all-around gym
rat, I know what it's like to push one's body to its limits. That, plus
eight surgeries and numerous broken bones is why, at 45, my joints hurt! I
