I have spent the last 20 years of my life with chronic low back pain. As I aged, the pain worsened and at times I was totally handicapped. I finally decided that I was not going to continue to live this way and enrolled with Personal Trainers of Los Altos. Within a matter of 2 weeks doing the correct exercises and stretching techniques I was noticing a significant difference in how I felt. I have been working with them for a few months now and I no longer have any back pain. I am still very mindful of the work I need to do on a daily basis, but I am so grateful to these marvelous trainers for the help they have given me. My life is so much more enjoyable now.

I've been coming here for over 3 years now and find the exercise program here with its attention to technique combined with the science of muscle control very beneficial to achieving results.
