Personal Training
Workout 1-on-1 with a certified personal trainer that will develop and lead you through effective workouts at our equipped facility. Take confidence in knowing that you are performing each movement correctly in order to achieve your goals sooner. There are never any crowds; we work with no more than three clients in the gym at any given time.

Program Design
Meet your exercise goals with a detailed, take-home exercise plan that is based on a C.H.E.K. Practitioner's comprehensive assessment of you. Implement pre-scheduled workouts at your home, at your gym, or even while out of town. This is a great program for those who would prefer to not workout at a gym, who travel a lot, who are not located nearby, or who are looking for a cost saving training alternative.
