Runner's Workshop

The Personal Trainers of Los Altos Runner's Workshop provides a solid, functional base for individuals who want to start running and stay injury free. We work with beginning runners of a variety of current fitness levels in a small group setting to ensure that all members are improving where they need it most. The 3 week, 3-mornings per week program develops a stronger musculoskeletal system and an understanding of proper biomechanics to have you running efficiently and safely.

Sessions are limited to 6 people and are instructed by Certified Personal Trainer and experienced 10K to 100 mile ultradistance runner Harry Walther.
