Kettlebell Training

What is a kettlebell?
A kettlebell is a centuries old tool adapted to the modern world. This is a traditional Russian cast iron weight resembling a cannonball with a handle. "Not a single sport develops our muscular strength and bodies as well as kettlebell athletics," wrote Ludvig Chaplinskiy in Russian magazine Hercules. In the Soviet times, many weightlifting legends started their Olympic careers with kettlebells. In the U.S., kettlebells have been implemented in the workout regimes of elite U.S. military and law enforcement units such as the Navy SEALS and the U.S. Secret Service.

How can a kettlebell benefit me?
Kettlebells build strength and burn fat. Either way you are looking to go, kettlebells get the job done and do it efficiently. Take for example the foundation of kettlebell exercises: the swing. This simple movement creates strength, challenges the aerobic system and builds physique. Consider that the swing is just the beginning!
