Our program design package includes a thorough 6-week workout program that is based on a comprehensive assessment.
During the assessment, we measure length-tension relationships that consider both muscle length and muscle strength from your head down to your toes. We also observe the quality of movement of the primal patterns (e.g., squat, push) which we all use on a daily basis. These assessments and others tell us what elements need to be in your workout program to elicit the best results.
We teach you each exercise, stretch, and mobilization. For future referencing, a DVD recording is included that captures you performing each movement correctly as well as the full instruction of each movement.
