Personal Trainers of Los Altos offers exclusive, by appointment only personal training. Sessions are one hour in duration and are spent with a highly skilled personal trainer who will select, plan and teach some of the most effective exercises for your individualized needs. Notably, we are trained to recognize and correct poor biomechanics and faulty motion patterns to increase performance and decrease likelihood of injury.
